yoga sutra in depth

I am two weeks out of the workshop on the Yoga Sutras given by my teacher Yoga Rupa Rod Stryker and trying to assimilate the vast amount of information received. When i did my yoga teacher training we covered briefly this important text on yoga, it didn't really make allot of sense back then. for the recent course we had the Behar books translation as required reading, like a good student i plodded through it, it still didn't make allot of sense. I had to trust that it would begin to unfold. I was not disappointed at Yoga Rupas methodical unravelling and delivery, his practical applications and his passion for the teachings as we all moved forward to some level of understanding. How do i now bring this into my life, my teaching?. There was an immense sense of vitality during those five days, as we moved from lecture to asana to meditation and it is this vitality that can be kept alive and transmitted in everyday life on and off the mat. So it is that i commit to nurturing the flame within and imparting this gift to my students.
